\nEvery LOXOL timepiece is backed by a 2-Year International Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe warranty period begins on the date of purchase.\n<\/p>\n

\nWhat Is Covered
\n<\/h3>\n

Our warranty covers:<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Manufacturing defects in the watch movement.
\n\u2022 Defects in assembly or craftsmanship.
\n\u2022 Faults resulting from manufacturing errors.\n<\/p>\n

\nIf a manufacturing defect is confirmed, LOXOL will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected components free of charge.\n<\/p>\n

\nWhat Is Not Covered
\n<\/h3>\n

\n\u2022 Normal wear and tear.
\n\u2022 Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
\n\u2022 Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
\n\u2022 Water damage caused by misuse or failure to follow water-resistance guidelines.
\n\u2022 Battery replacement for quartz models.
\n\u2022 Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
\n\u2022 Straps, bracelets, crystals, crowns, or clasps damaged through normal use.\n<\/p>\n

\nWater Resistance
\n<\/h3>\n

\nLOXOL watches are tested according to their stated water-resistance rating.\n<\/p>\n

\nWater resistance is not a permanent condition and may decrease over time due to wear of seals and gaskets.\n<\/p>\n

\nDamage resulting from improper use in water or failure to ensure the crown is properly secured is not covered under warranty.\n<\/p>\n

\nShipping for Warranty Claims

\nCustomers are responsible for shipping the watch to the designated service location.\n<\/p>\n

\nIf a manufacturing defect is confirmed under warranty, LOXOL may cover the return shipping costs at its discretion.\n<\/p>\n

\nWe recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when sending any watch for repair or inspection.\n<\/p>\n
