30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your LOXOL timepiece.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Return Conditions
A return will only be accepted if the watch is:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and protective materials
- Free from damage, wear, resizing, or modification
LOXOL reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized watches
- Watches with resized or adjusted metal bracelets
- Products damaged through misuse or accidental damage
- Items purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party marketplaces

Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. LOXOL is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
