2-Year International Warranty

Every LOXOL timepiece is backed by a 2-Year International Warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in the watch movement.
• Defects in assembly or craftsmanship.
• Faults resulting from manufacturing errors.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, LOXOL will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected components free of charge.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear.
• Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
• Water damage caused by misuse or failure to follow water-resistance guidelines.
• Battery replacement for quartz models.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
• Straps, bracelets, crystals, crowns, or clasps damaged through normal use.

Water Resistance

LOXOL watches are tested according to their stated water-resistance rating.

Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may decrease over time due to wear of seals and gaskets.

Damage resulting from improper use in water or failure to ensure the crown is properly secured is not covered under warranty.

• Photos or video showing the problem

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Repairs Outside Warranty

After the warranty period has expired, LOXOL can assist with repair services where possible.

Repair costs, replacement parts, and shipping fees may apply.

Please contact us for an assessment and service quotation.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for shipping the watch to the designated service location.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed under warranty, LOXOL may cover the return shipping costs at its discretion.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when sending any watch for repair or inspection.

Genuine Parts & Service

To preserve the performance, reliability, and value of your timepiece, all warranty and repair work should be carried out only through LOXOL-approved service channels.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications may void your warranty.
